Michigan had a bye this past week after narrowly escaping Purdue by a score of 21-16 in Week 10. The Wolverines got a big game out of running back Jordan Marshall, who rushed for 185 yards and three touchdowns, and will likely lean on its ground game again here.

Northwestern is coming off of back-to-back losses, including 38-17 against USC this past week. The Wildcats are led by running back Caleb Komolafe, who has 726 yards rushing and eight touchdowns on the season.

Michigan owns a 60-15-2 all-time advantage in the series against Northwestern and has won eight consecutive meetings. The Wildcats’ last victory came in 2008 in Ann Arbor, while the Wolverines won the most recent contest by a score of 50-6 last season. They’ll hope to continue their recent streak of dominance and stay in the Big Ten race.
