Penn State signee Cooper Cousins (No. 27) looks to be the clear top interior offensive line prospect in the cycle. Cousins was a big senior riser due to outstanding film. A jumbo center at 6-foot-6, 320 pounds, Cousins has the size and skills to feasibly play anywhere along the offensive line if needed. He’s a good mover and is highly physical.
