Darwin Dean

My name is Darwin Dean Jr., and I am a 2027 defensive lineman at North Forest High School in Houston, Texas. At 5'11" and 265 pounds, I take pride in playing with physicality, effort, and determination. My goal is to continue developing as a football player, earn a college scholarship, and compete at the highest level possible. Football has taught me discipline, accountability, teamwork, and the importance of working hard even when nobody is watching. I am coachable, competitive, and always looking for ways to improve my technique and help my team succeed. Based on my 2026 season statistics, I am establishing myself as one of the top-producing defensive linemen in Texas, making an impact in the trenches through tackles, tackles for loss, sacks, quarterback pressures, and forced fumbles. Academically, I maintain a 3.5 GPA and have earned an SAT score of 1100. I understand that success in college football requires commitment in the classroom as well as on the field. My ultimate goal is to earn the opportunity to play college football, obtain my degree, and make my family proud. I am willing to put in the work, learn from great coaches, and prove that I belong at the next level. My motto: Work hard, stay disciplined, trust the process, and let my performance speak for itself. 🏈💪🏾
