It is hard to ignore the fire that DJ Wagner plays with. There is a competitive nature that you can’t miss when he plays. He is a paint touch guard on offense, fearlessly getting two feet in the paint often. His handle is crafty enough in traffic to use a counter when his path to the rim is cut off. The jump shot is flat and inconsistent. He also has a tendency of trying to do too much, both with over dribbling or taking a bad shot.
