I have played basketball as long as I can remember, starting to shoot hoops at the age of three in the driveway with my neighbors and parents. I played softball from prek through the fifth grade, but I stopped when I decided that my love for basketball was calling me to put more focus and time into it. I have two siblings who also play basketball; my brother is a 12 year old seventh grader and my sister is a 10 year old fifth grader. My family has always been super supportive of each other. We come first in each others lives, with the exception of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. My faith has been my rock, in addition to my parents and grandparents. I love serving in our kids ministry at church, which I've been doing since around the age of 10, and it's been a joy to serve alongside my mom and friends with a local nonprofit called Unforsaken Ministries for many years as well. I also love working at our local recreation league, REACH, where I often referee, do clock and camp duties as needed. It's particularly really fun and such a blessing getting to see and be a part of the next generation of female athletes on their way up! One of my favorite things to do is go to the gym; my dad always told me that he knew I'd be a "gym rat". I also love just spending time at home relaxing with some Netflix, hanging by the pool, enjoying some family time just chillin', and hitting the local courts for some pick-up ball with friends.
