Jaheim Bell was an On3 Consensus four-star recruit coming out of Valdosta (Georgia) High School in the 2020 class. Bell signed with South Carolina over offers from Alabama, LSU, Auburn, Florida and many other programs. Coaches at South Carolina called Bell a “Swiss Army Knife” who could line up about anywhere, including in the backfield. In 2021, he was named to second-team All-SEC by Pro Football Focus and the 2021 All-Bowl Team by the Associated Press after a record-setting performance in Duke’s Mayo Bowl against UNC. Bell entered the Transfer Portal after the 2022 season. He leaves South Carolina with 757 yards and seven touchdown catches. Plus, he owns school records for the most receiving yards in a game by a tight end.
