Jason Talley 6'3.5" | TE/LB The Haverford School | Haverford, PA Playing football has been my passion for as long as I can remember. I’ve always wanted to be on the field and have rarely been without a ball in my hand. I’ve enjoyed a successful career so far, earning Catholic League All-Star honors as an 8th grader, receiving All-Delco Honorable Mention as a sophomore, and playing varsity football for all three of my high school seasons to date. I also wrestled during my freshman and sophomore years, placing 7th in the state at 215 pounds as a freshman and 4th at heavyweight as a sophomore. I continue to work hard to improve my game every chance I get. I believe I would be a strong recruit because of my combination of size, versatility, and relentless work ethic. At 6'3.5", I bring the physical tools to contribute at both tight end and linebacker, giving a coaching staff flexibility on either side of the ball. My background in wrestling has further developed my strength, toughness, and competitive mindset. I pride myself on being a coachable, high-motor player who approaches every practice and film session with the same intensity I bring on game day. My dedication shows in the steady improvement I’ve made each year, and my 3.75 GPA reflects the same discipline and focus I apply to football. I’m ready to compete, develop, and make an immediate impact for a program that values hard work and character. I am a hardworking, dedicated, and passionate player who also excels in the classroom.
