Film Review Notes

Limited film to analyze; I was able to watch the game vs. Wren in addition to the two listed above, which is good, so this is essentially a three-game evaluation. No verified size; listed at 6-foot-5, 260 pounds. Appears closer to 6-foot-4, but the weight seems close to the listed number, maybe in the 255 range. Average length; would assume he's close to a 77-78 inch wingspan based on photos from X/Twitter. Good-looking frame that needs development, but very capable of adding mass while maintaining athletic ability. Love the twitch; jumps off the screen. Sudden mover that does a good job firing off the line of scrimmage. Quality hand placement as well when striking in the run and pass game. Even if he has average length, he maximizes it when striking by initiating contact efficiently. Good body positioning and understanding of leverage. Can tell he understands angles and knows how to wall off defenders effectively in order to create lanes in the run game. Also helps him establish angles in pass protection. He understands when he's beat and needs to recover, but he also understands when he needs to dig his heels in and anchor. Needs to get stronger; he has to add mass and strength to his frame, but it should be no problem while still maintaining his twitch. Would like to see him quicken his feet and develop his foot speed and overall lateral ability. Has moments where he gets beat vertically and can't recover quickly enough in pass protection. Has moments in space where he is unable to reach defenders or cut lanes off effectively because he is beat to his spot. Can play high at times off the line of scrimmage, but does not look stiff, just needs to be mindful of his pad level.
