Kenneth Grant Scouting Summary
Charles Power
11/24/21

A huge defensive tackle with unique body quickness and explosive power. The 6-foot-4, 350-pounder has rare movement skills at his size. Capable of bursting off the snap and can forklift opposing offensive linemen into the backfield. Also doubles as an offensive lineman for his Merrillville (Ind.) team – playing both ways. Could also be a top offensive lineman if he were to play on that side of the ball in college. Shows his explosive power as a track and field athlete with a shot put toss over 57 feet.

Personal Life

Kenneth Grant is an offensive lineman's worst nightmare, according to teammate Derrick Moore. "He can do anything," Moore said. “You can double team him. He can still beat it. You can triple team him. He can still beat it. You can drop him into coverage. He's going to strap you down. He can do whatever. It’s crazy. I’ve never seen any D-tackles ever doing it, and I’ve been around a lot of great D-tackles. But he's different. He's really different.” Grant was an all-league pick following his sophomore season in 2023, after racking up six quarterback hurries, five tackles for a loss, five pass breakups and 3.5 sacks.
