Maddy Siegrist was the 2021-2022 Big East Player of the Year, USBWA third-team All-American and the Philadelphia Big 5 Player of the Year. Siegrist led the Big East and ranked second in the country in scoring after registering 21 20-plus point games and nine 30-plus point performances in 2021-2022. She entered the 2022-2023 season with 51 career 20-plus point games and 17 career 30-plus point games. In fall 2022, Siegrist earned a spot on the 2022 FIBA 3x3 U23 Nations League Finals team for the tournament in Romania. Siegrist has executed a number of NIL deals, including with Outback Steakhouse.
