4-star OT Bryce Gilmore commits to Arkansas

Prosper (Texas) four-star offensive tackle Bryce Gilmore has committed to Arkansas, he announced on Monday.
He chose the Razorbacks over Arizona State, Ole Miss, Texas Tech and Vanderbilt. Gilmore was in Fayetteville for an official visit over the weekend.
Gilmore is the No. 200 overall prospect and No. 15 OT in the 2026 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He’s also the No. 27 player in Texas.
Head coach Sam Pittman and the Hogs have landed the 6-foot-4, 270-pounder, giving the SEC program its highest-ranked commit this cycle. He becomes commit No. 16 for the Arkansas class, which jumped from No. 32 to No. 23 in the On3 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings. He’s the fourth blue-chipper in the class.
Gilmore plays for one of the top high school football programs in Texas. Last season, Prosper won eight games and finished as the No. 25 team in the Lone Star State, according to the On3 Composite Rankings.

Arkansas picks up biggest recruiting win this cycle
With Gilmore now in the fold, three of Arkansas’ top four commits hail from Texas. Texarkana Liberty-Eylau four-star wide receiver Dequane Prevo committed back in November, while Pflugerville four-star tight end Jaivion Martin joined the fold one month ago on May 2.
“I have known coach Sam Pittman for a long time and that relationship was key,” Prevo told On3’s Chad Simmons. “Arkansas offered me early and I have been talking with coach Pittman for a few years now. He is a great man, he is a great coach and he cares about his players. Our relationship is great.”
Durant (Okla.) four-star EDGE Colton Yarbrough is right behind Gilmore at the top of the pledge list. He checks in as the No. 346 recruit overall and has been pledged since last August.
Other top commits in the class include: San Diego University City three-star safety Tay Lockett, Farmerville (La.) Union Parish three-star interior offensive lineman Ari Slocum, Elgin (S.C.) Gaffney three-star quarterback Jayvon Gilmore, Valdosta (Ga.) three-star cornerback Jalon Copeland and Hot Springs (Ark.) Lakeside three-star IOL Tucker Young.
