No. 4 Alabama (8-1) hosts No. 11 Oklahoma (7-2) for a pivotal SEC game with major College Football Playoff implications.

Head coach Kalen DeBoer and his football team will play this one in front of a talented group of recruits.

Rivals has the latest.

Florida State four-star tight end commit Xavier Tiller is expected in Tuscaloosa. Same with Tallahassee so we’ll see where the Fairburn (Ga.) Langston Hughes product ends up. Another tight end committed elsewhere Alabama hasn’t offered yet that is slated to be in is Rivals300 recruit Monroe Partin who we ranked as a four-star linebacker.

Partin just arrived.

“I feel good about them,” he told Rivals as he was starting his visit.

Perhaps the top prospect on campus this weekend is five-star offensive tackle and the No. 1 recruit in Mississippi in Caden Moss. Rivals300 offensive lineman Jake Hildebrand is another blue-chipper at the point of attack.

Rivals No. 6 2027 running back Quinterrius Gipson is a headliner. The Crimson Tide also have an early offer out to Tai Phillips out of Fayetteville (NC) Cape Fear.

A trio of offered 2027 tight ends in Holden Niemi of Dexter (Mich.) High, Tommy Douglas out of Hun School (NJ) and Michael Nnabuife of Baltimore (Md.) St. Frances are on the list.

A couple touted defensive backs Alabama will be excited to see include the nation’s No. 3 cornerback Hayden Stepp out of Bishop Gorman in Las Vegas and coveted in-state target Jayden Aparicio-Bailey who is the No. 2 player in the state and No. 7 safety in the land per the Rivals300.

Headlining the 2028s is Rivals No. 1 defensive lineman and No. 6 prospect overall Kellan Hall.

Alabama has Rivals No. 5 recruiting class in 2026. They’re off in running in 2027 sitting at No. 6.
