Hawaii lands commitment from 2026 WR Robert Haynes
Hawaii has added another weapon to its 2026 recruiting class.
After officially visiting over the weekend, the Rainbow Warriors have secured a commitment from 2026 WR Robert Haynes.
Haynes is a former Arkansas verbal commit out of Missouri City (Texas) Fort Bend Ridge Point High School in Texas.
“The run and shoot offense features speedy guys who wanna go make plays like myself and that’s exactly what excites me,” Haynes told Rivals of his decision. “The analytics of how much they really throw the football is eye-opening to any wide receiver honestly.”

Haynes officially visited Hawaii over the weekend and is set to enroll later this month.
Hawaii assistant Jared Ursua played lead on Haynes’ recruitment and was a catalyst in his decision.
“Coach Jared made it known he wanted my talents in that high-powered offense and he was very consistent with communication,” he detailed.
“I’m big on relationships, you know, especially since I decommited from Arkansas. All I was focused on was finding a place that wants ballers and wants to play their talent earl,y and with the great staff and the opportunity here at the Unversity of Hawaii … It was something I couldn’t pass on.”
