Radcliff (Ky.) North Hardin defensive lineman Josiah Hope, who had been committed to in-state Louisville since July, flipped to Purdue on Wednesday. There were twists and turns throughout his recruitment, so it seems only fitting that he had one last curveball for National Signing Day.

Hope originally committed to the Cardinals on June 1 but backed off of that pledge later that month before joining the Boilermakers’ class. He flipped back to Louisville on July 23.

The three-star prospect is the top-ranked prospect in Kentucky, according to the Rivals Industry Rankings. Hope also held offers from programs such as Auburn, Kentucky, LSU and Vanderbilt.
