Top committed wide receivers in the 2026 class

The first two months of summer recruiting season have been heavy on announcements, with thousands of prospects coming off the board since June 1. And that includes a host of the nation's top wide receiver recruits, many of whom are already committed.
Of the top 50 players at the position, only three are still not committed as we hurtle toward the end of July and high school football season begins in earnest. A few schools in particular have built strong overall classes with multiple blue-chippers on the list, while others have honed in on one or two major targets.
As it goes with recruiting, we're sure to see some changes in this group before signing day in December. But right now, these are the top committed wideouts in the 2026 class and where they're headed next year:
Tristen Keys – LSU
School: Hattiesburg (Miss.)
Rivals Industry Ranking: No. 7 NATL
Scouting Summary: "Contested catch maven who looks like the top wide receiver prospect early in the 2026 cycle. Has good size, measuring at ver 6-foot-2, 185 pounds with good length as a junior. Turned in a strong junior campaign, catching 58 passes for 1,275 yards and 14 touchdowns while leading his team to a deep playoff run. Excels in contested catch situations, elevating to come down with acrobatic grabs. Hangs in the air and is able to contort his body into favorable positions. Displays a huge catch radius, high-pointing the football and coming down with one-handed grabs. High-level ball tracker with the ability to locate and corral the ball over his shoulder.
"…Shows some route-running nuance. Has some shake off the line of scrimmage and is able to stack corners with his releases. Runs hard after the catch. Able to attack all areas of the field with his well-rounded skill set. Made some huge plays in big contests as a junior. Also a star on the 7-on-7 circuit before his junior season. Good marks in track and field in the high jump (6-0 feet) and triple jump (43-2 feet). Also plays basketball. Can continue improving his top-end speed."
Chris Henry Jr. – Ohio State
School: Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei
Rivals Industry Ranking: No. 20 NATL.
Scouting Summary: "Big receiver with a rare combination of size, athleticism and coordination as a young prospect. Measured in at over 6-foot-4.5 and around 185 pounds prior to his sophomore season. Tests as a strong athlete, posting an electronically-timed 4.65 second 40 yard dash at Under Armour’s Ohio Camp. Flashes outstanding functional movement skills at his size, with the ability to sink his hips and change direction with ease. Projects as a high level route runner as he continues to progress. Not overly long for his height, but flashes good ball skills and catch radius. Has strong pedigree as the son of the late NFL wide receiver Chris Henry. Projects as one of the top receivers early on in the 2026 cycle."
Cederian Morgan – Alabama
School: Alexander City (Ala.) Benjamin Russell
Rivals Industry Ranking: No. 24 NATL.
Morgan on his decision: "I get to stay home and play for Alabama,” he told Rivals’ Chad Simmons. “Alabama has tradition, they win and I get to play for coach Shep, the best receivers coach in the country. He is big on development, I can’t describe our connection and I know he will push me to be the best version of myself on and off the field."
Calvin Russell – Syracuse
School: Opa Locka (Fla.) Northwestern
Rivals Industry Ranking: No. 28 NATL.
Notable Quote: "Coach Fran, he’s a great leader,” Russell told Rivals’ Marcus Benjamin of why he committed to the ‘Cuse. “He does everything the right way. He’s changing the culture. He’s changing everyone’s mentality. He does everything he has to do. The conversations I had with Coach Fran, I trust him, I know he’s going to do right by me and my family."
Boobie Feaster – USC
School: DeSoto (Texas)
Rivals Industry Ranking: No. 52 NATL.
Feaster on his decision: "If you look at the history of USC, they have the most Heismans at a school. Coach (Dennis) Simmons has worked with so many greats — Dede Westbrook, Michael Crabtree, CeeDee Lamb. These are Hall of Famers,” he told Rivals’ Sam Spiegelman. “He’s been trusting me since the seventh grade and he’s been around me since then. I trust in him and believe in him — and it went a long way."
Naeem Burroughs – Clemson
School: Jacksonville Bolles
Rivals Industry Ranking: No. 71 NATL.
Scout’s Take: "Naeem Burroughs is the biggest get in Clemson’s class. The Jacksonville (Fla.) Bolles School standout currently ranks as the No. 2 wide receiver prospect in the 2026 cycle, according to Rivals. The 5-foot-11, 175-pounder is a refined, dynamic pass-catcher with the ability to threaten all areas of the field. He pairs 10.66-second long speed with burst off the line and wiggle within his routes. Burroughs has large hands and is strong at the catch point. The ball skills and tracking ability are very good, especially for a sub 6-foot wideout. He’s also very dangerous after the catch and tough to bring down in the open field, flashing lateral agility, power, and the speed to pull away."

Jabari Mack – LSU
School: New Orleans Destrehan
Rivals Industry Ranking: No. 72 NATL.
About Mack: A star since his freshman year at Destrehan, the LSU-bound Mack has been one of the state’s top playmakers and an elite national recruit. In March, he committed to the Tigers over more than 20 offers including Oregon, Ohio State and Texas.
Aaron Gregory – Texas A&M
School: Douglasville (Ga.) Douglas County
Rivals Industry Ranking: No. 88 NATL.
Scouting Summary: "Smooth receiver who has flashed encouraging fluidity along with exceptional ball skills early on as a high school prospect. Measured in at over 6-foot-2, 170 pounds with plus length for the position prior to his sophomore season. Tested as a good athlete at Under Armour’s Orlando camp. Played both ways as a freshman, working as a receiver and defensive back. Has arguably the best ball skills at this early stage in the 2026 cycle. An effortless catcher of the football, using strong technique to frame passes. Utilizes his plus length and coordination to come down with acrobatic grabs. Extends to pluck the ball at its highest point. Also makes diving catches. A fluid mover who should continue adding speed and strength as he develops physically. Was the On3 MVP at Under Armour’s Orlando camp."
Messiah Hampton – Oregon
School: Rochester (N.Y.) James Monroe
Rivals Industry Ranking: No. 104 NATL.
Scout’s Take: "Hampton delivered a sensational performance at Under Armour Miami. Making the trek to South Florida from Rochester, New York, Hampton proved unguardable all afternoon. At 6-foot-1, 180 pounds with plus length, Hampton pairs his translatable size with advanced technical skills. He was dominant during 1-on-1’s showing the ability to win at levels of the field while winning the vast majority, if not all of his reps. We saw him separate vertically, showing top-end speed and the ability to tempo his routes. He later shook a Power 4 cornerback prospect with a nasty out-breaking comeback route.
"…The play speed and slick routes combined with excellent ball skills. Hampton consistently framed his catches away from his body and tracked the ball effortlessly over his shoulder. He also showed the ability to fight through contact at the catch point. It’s not every day we see a prospect from upstate New York come down to South Florida and dominate, but he left little doubt he was the MVP by day’s end."
Vance Spafford – Miami
School: Mission Viejo (Tustin, CA)
Rivals Industry Ranking: No. 108 NATL.
Notable Quote: "Miami just kept that relationship going,” Spafford told Rivals' Chad Simmons about his decision to flip to the 'Canes. “Coach Cristobal, coach Dawson, KB – they hit me up all the time. KB is amazing. He knows what he is doing. He develops receivers, he is fun to talk to and we have a great relationship. Coach Dawson runs a great offense. He has a history of receivers being productive and I like my fit. I see a great opportunity to come in and make an impact in his offense. Coach Cristobal is great too. He has won everything he has been and Miami is on that track."
