Quinyon Mitchell grew up in Williston, Florida – a town with a population of less than 3,000 and only three stoplights. Mitchell said he received so little recruiting attention that he courted Toledo by rapid-fire liking the Twitter posts of a staff member. The plan worked and Mitchell went on to finish his career at Toledo as the all-time leader in pass breakup and the first Rocket ever to be named in all five major All-America teams in his career. "I feel like Toledo was loyal to me," Mithcell said. "I feel like I got to develop so much. They made me the person and player I am today."
