Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei quarterback Ryan Hopkins signed with Wisconsin. The three-star quarterback chose the Badgers over Missouri, UCLA, Washington, Michigan State, and more.

The most intriguing member of Wisconsin’s 2026 recruiting class? It’s arguably Everett (Wash.) Archbishoph Murphy tight end Jack Sievers. The three-star tight end is also a strong track and field athlete and puts that speed on display for his football team. Sievers chose UW over Oklahoma, California, and others.
Wisconsin Goes to California For Cornerback

Fresno (Calif.) Buchanan cornerback Donovan Dunmore was committed to Oregon State up until an October official visit to Wisconsin. The Badgers get a 6-foot-1 cornerback with track speed who had four interceptions during his senior season. Kansas State and Arizona also tried to flip the three-star prospect from the Beavers.
Homegrown Badger

Appleton (Wis.) North linebacker Ben Wenzel is staying home. The Badgers beat out Oklahoma for the three-star linemen. During the 2025 season, Wenzel had 99.0 tackles, 5.0 for loss, and 1.0 sack.
Tennessee to Wisconsin

The state of Tennessee is becoming fertile recruiting territory for Wisconsin. One of the biggest commitments for the Badgers in 2026, Medina (Tenn.) South Gibson edge rusher Yahya Gaad made it official with UW on Wednesday. The three-star prospect was committed to both SMU and UCLA before settling on the Badgers.
As Expected, Bah Holds Firm

Germantown (Tenn.) defensive lineman Djidjou Bah was pursued aggressively by Penn State, Colorado, Georgia Tech, and Missouri after he committed to Wisconsin in June. Last month, the three-star prospect opted to shut things down. Bah also had offers from the likes of Iowa, Indiana, Michigan State, N.C. State, West Virginia, and Northwestern.
Florida Speedster Headed to Madison

Miami (FL), Georgia, and Ole Miss were all in talks with Wisconsin wide receiver commit Zion Legree (Pensacola, Fla.) late, but the three-star receiver remained firm. A former pledge to the Rebels, Legree moved his commitment to the Badgers over the summer, thanks in large part to a long-standing relationship with wide receivers coach Jordan Reid, who actually began recruiting Legree while at Western Michigan.
Four-Star OL Added to the Fold

Brady Bekkenhuis (Arlington, Mass.) was committed to Boston College for well over a year and a half. That was until Wisconsin came calling in late November. Following an official visit to Madison, the four-star offensive lineman flipped his commitment to the Badgers. Auburn was also looking to flip Bekkenhuis from the Eagles late.
Former Vanderbilt Commit Signs With Wisconsin

Wisconsin made some late noise prior to the early signing period, flipping longtime Vanderbilt wide receiver commit Keeyshawn Tabuteau (Chattanooga, Tenn.). A native of Canada, Tabuteau posted 56 receptions for 1,231 yards and 16 touchdowns during his senior season. The three-star receiver also had offers from Georgia, Tennessee, Miami (FL), Oklahoma, and Auburn.
Late Flip Complete
12/03/2025 06:46:15 AMWisconsin flipped a three-star running back late in the 2026 recruiting cycle.
Former Florida International running back commit Qwantavius Wiggins (Fairburn, Ga./Langston Hughes) flipped his pledge to Wisconsin in November. Auburn and Florida State were also vying to grab the three-star tailback. As a senior, Wiggins ran for 1,124 yards and 17 touchdowns while averaging nine yards per carry.
Can Wisconsin Hold Onto Amari Latimer?

Wisconsin continues to fight off other schools for four-star tailback Amari Latimer (Tyrone, Ga./Sandy Creek). It first appeared that Miami (FL) was the biggest contender. According to national insider Steve Wiltfong, another threat has emerged. (On3+)
Wisconsin Signs Indiana Cornerback

Fishers (Ind.) cornerback Carsen Eloms is the longest-tenured Wisconsin commit, making his pledge back in April. The three-star cornerback chose Wisconsin over Vanderbilt, Michigan State, Purdue, and others. As a senior, Eloms posted 45.0 tackles, eight pass breakups, and an interception.

Streetsboro, Ohio. defensive lineman Arthur Scott made it official with the Badgers on Wednesday morning. The three-star prospect chose UW over Iowa State, Michigan State, Rutgers, Cincinnati, and more. The Cyclones and Spartans made a late run at Scott, but he remained firm throughout. As a senior, Scott posted 53.0 tackles, 17.0 for loss, and 5.5 sacks.
