Below are the Week 2 Athletic Field Services of Arkansas prep performers of the week.

QB – Kane Archer – Greenwood

Class: 2026

Height, Weight: 6-1, 207

Time and time again Archer has answered the call when his team needs him most. He came through again in the final seconds of Greenwood’s 43-42 triumph over Springdale Har-Ber.

Archer completed 23 of his 29 passes for 321 yards and two touchdowns, plus added another 116 yards and three scores on the ground.

RB – Enoch Assan – Greenbrier

Class: 2026

Height, Weight: 5-9, 190

Offers: Central Arkansas, Harding, Northwest Missouri State, Ouachita Baptist, Southeast Missouri State

Assan rushed for more than 2,000 yards last fall and is off to another huge start in 2025 for the 3-0 Panthers.

Against Van Buren, Assan compiled 360 all-purpose yards that included gashing the Pointers for 323 yards on the ground with five touchdowns.

QB – Carter Little – Charleston

Class: 2026

Height, Weight: 6-2, 185

Offers: Arkansas Baptist College, Bethel College, Culver-Stockton College, Hendrix College, Kansas Wesleyan, Lyon College

Little has dealt with injuries previously in his varsity career, but if he stays healthy the Tigers could make another deep run in Class 3A.

In a convincing win over 4A Ozark, Little compiled 359 yards – 198 passing and 161 rushing yards – and five total touchdowns.

ATH – Kevin “Deuce” Williams – Joe T. Robinson

Class: 2026

Height, Weight: 5-11, 188

Offers: Austin Peay, Central Arkansas, FIU, North Alabama, Northwestern State, Ouachita Baptist, Sacramento State, Tennessee – Martin

No player in Arkansas is off to a better start than Williams when you talk about all three phases of the game, and that is why he is on this list for the third consecutive week.

Against Hot Springs Lakeside, Williams compiled over 300 yards of offense and scored three touchdowns: one rushing, one receiving and one via kickoff return.

QB – Jayden Young – Rivercrest

Class: 2026

Height, Weight: 5-11, 180

Offers: Missouri Southern

Young led a breakout offensive for the performance for the Colts in their shootout victory over East Poinsett County.

He completed 11 of 15 passes for 119 yards and a touchdown, rushed for 164 yards and four touchdowns, plus hauled in a 34-yard receiving score.
