-First down: Safetyguru — How quickly can the team be flipped if a coaching change is made? Short answer: Most coaching changes are made because the talent level ain’t where it should be. So there aren’t too many overnight fixes. But the portal certainly can speed things up.

–Second down: loganwadams — What is a realistic number of players that we can get from JUCO + High School for the 2023 class, and how many transfers could we tack on top of that? Short answer: All told, we could see around 30 new additions, but that is not set in stone (watch the video and I explain).

–Third down: aujhw — There has been a lot written or said about Bryan Harsin and his staff’s ability to recruit. It is a major factor leading to his job insecurity? Short answer: No. 1 — I got your name wrong in the video. My bad. No. 2. Yes, yes and yes.
