2024 4-star center Peyton Marshall returning to Auburn this weekend for official visit
Peyton Marshall, one of the top centers in the 2024 class, will return to Auburn this weekend for an official visit.
Marshall, from Kell in Marietta, Ga., has visited Auburn twice since the spring.
“I’m definitely looking forward to it,” he said. “I went for the Junior Camp and then went to a team camp up there, but I haven’t gotten to see it as much as I will this weekend.”
Marshall already has high interest in Auburn.
“I like Auburn. It’s a nice school,” he said. “The coaches keep in contact with me. They make me feel like a priority to them.”
Auburn assistant Wes Flanigan is the coach recruiting Marshall to the Plains.
“I like him,” he said. “He’s one of my people. He’s a good guy, for real.”
‘Auburn in the top running’ for Marshall
Marshall’s mother, uncle and a coach will join him on the visit. A teammate and friend and fellow 2024 recruit also could be there on an unofficial visit.

“I think (five-star power forward) Ace Bailey might be coming, too,” Marshall said.
It’s still early in his recruitment, so Marshall doesn’t have a list of top schools. Auburn, however, would be in it if he did.
“Auburn is in the top running,” he said. “I definitely like Auburn. I was tuned in real big last season.”
Marshall, who is listed at seven-feet tall and 310 pounds, is the No. 7-ranked center in the 2024 On3 Consensus, a complete and equally-weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He also ranks the No. 67 overall recruit in the class and No. 5 recruit in Georgia.
