Florida State unites stars of past, present and future at Legacy Weekend
In what will be a convergence of Florida State Football’s past, present and possibly future, the Seminoles’ coaching and recruiting staffs will be running wide open today for FSU’s Legacy Weekend.
Several notable Florida State alumni came into town for the events and to watch FSU’s NFL prospects take part in Pro Day drills on Friday, including legendary running back Warrick Dunn, all-time great wide receiver Rashad Greene, Pro Bowl defensive end Jermaine Johnson, Carolina Panthers defensive back Jammie Robinson, and Los Anglees Rams linebacker Keir Thomas, among others.
More than a dozen stars from the 2023 Florida State team have been on hand as well, including Jared Verse, Jordan Travis, Trey Benson, Keon Coleman and Johnny Wilson. They all were on Florida State’s campus for Friday’s Pro Day and likely will attend the 2024 Seminoles’ third spring practice this morning.
And they will be joined by a large group of top recruits who are coming to visit Florida State as well for the long-anticipated Legacy Weekend.
That expected visitor list includes five-star receiver Caleb Cunningham, four-star running back Byron Louis, four-star offensive linemen Ziyare Addison, Mario Nash and Max Buchanan, as well as many others.
