With a perfect record so far in 2023, the No. 4 Florida State football team will look to lock up a berth in the ACC Championship Game this Saturday at Pitt.

The Seminoles (8-0, 6-0 ACC) can clinch a share of the regular-season Atlantic Coast Conference title by beating the Panthers to improve to 7-0 in the league.

With a win Saturday and just one ACC game remaining against rival Miami, the worst Florida State would be able to finish is 7-1 in league play. There are only two other teams in the conference with one ACC loss, Louisville and Virginia Tech, and those teams play each other this weekend — at the same time (3:30 p.m.) FSU is facing Pitt.

Florida State has won 14 consecutive games dating back to last season, while Pitt is 2-6 and 1-3.

To help prepare you for Saturday’s game, it’s time for a new edition of the Warchant Report, as staff members Corey Clark, Tom Lang and Aslan Hajivandi analyze the matchup from every angle. Staff writer Matt LaSerre also provides a quick scouting report of the Pitt Panthers.
