Thursday morning was a first glimpse at more than two dozen transfers and early enrolleees as FSU marked the final session of “Tour of Duty,” the Florida State football offseason workout program.

Known as “Mat Drills” under Bobby Bowden and “4th Quarter Drills” under Jimbo Fisher, the grueling workout is part of a larger training regimen designed to instill camaraderie, discipline and conditioning before the spring football season begins.

The video below features over 45 minutes of raw, unedited footage from the workout.
