Warchant TV: Mike Norvell breaks down eventful first practice on UNF campus

JACKSONVILLE — The Florida State football team held its first practice on the UNF campus Thursday morning, and it featured a little bit of everything.

There was rain, a lightning delay and plenty of heat and humidity. There also were some big plays, with Florida State head coach Mike Norvell singling out receiver Squirrel White and running back Jaylin Lucas specifically.

Overall, Norvell described it as a, “good physical practice.” But he also lamented the defense once again failing to cash in on turnover opportunities.
