2025 5-star wing Kaelyn Carroll reportedly "eyeing visit" to Kentucky WBB

Kenny Brooks has been putting in the work on the recruiting trail since this year’s roster is pretty much settled. Now, he can look toward to bringing in the best of the best of the 2025 class, which is exactly what he’s doing by targeting Kaelyn Carroll.

Carroll is the No. 29 prospect in the junior class, per ESPN. The five-star wing fits the Brooks mold, being over six feet tall and still having the versatility on offense to be effective from anywhere. Kentucky offered Carroll in late May.

Additionally, it appears that the ‘Cats may be in a good spot with Carrol. She is reportedly “eyeing” a visit to Kentucky as well as North Carolina. She already holds offers from the likes of Virginia Tech and Indiana, among several others. Along with that, she has already taken visits to Duke and NC State.

While Carroll is expected to be in Lexington in the near future, that visit has not officially been set in stone. However, it seems that the ball is rolling for that.
