Arguably the top uncommitted prospect from the class of 2022 is considering the ‘Cats.

According to On3‘s Joe Tipton, Leonard Miller, a 6-foot-10 forward with a 7-foot-3 wingspan out of Ontario, CA, is down to 10 potential options for the next level: Kentucky, Oklahoma State, Gonzaga, Auburn, Alabama, Kansas, TCU, and Providence for the college route, along with the NBA’s G League Ignite and Overtime Elite for the professional route.

Miller is not yet ranked by the likes of 247Sports, Rivals, or ESPN, but was recently tabbed as a five-star prospect and the No. 11 overall senior by On3 as his stock has seen a quick rise over recent months. The professional route has been rumored as the leader for Miller, although college several powerhouse college programs have recently gotten more involved, including the ‘Cats.

The Fort Erie product does not yet hold an offer from Kentucky or Gonzaga, however, it was reported less than a week ago that members of the UK coaching staff were in to see Miller for a visit. He’s taken just one official visit so far, which was to TCU, where his older brother Emmanuel just finished up his junior season.

“The pro route is a big option for me; it is very visible right now,” Miller previously told On3. “I just have to keep working for that to happen. There are a lot of people telling me the NBA draft or the G-League could be possible. Eventually, I want to get drafted, so if that comes about this year, I will want to test that. If the G-League reaches out to me and wants me to come in and be with them, that will be something that we take very seriously.”

Here’s what On3‘s recruiting expert Jamie Shaw had to say about Miller in his scouting report.

Lefty. Has a strong frame, broad shoulders, and long arms. Is comfortable on the ball, able to initiate in the half-court. Plays with great balance and sees the floor. The form on the jump-shot is unorthodox, but he makes them at a high clip. Grew from 6-4 to 6-10 over the last 18 mos. Is an active rebounder. Is comfortable being an alpha, with the ball in his hands. Like to see him develop off the ball. Upside to defend multiple positions. Will be at his best as a mismatch big, exploiting matchups. A double, double threat. Leading Grind Session and Canada in scoring as a senior (32ppg). While he is very productive, still some intriguing upside to go.

Kentucky currently has just two commitments from the class of 2022 in five-stars Cason Wallace and Chris Livingston.
