Kentucky football will be back at Kroger Field on Saturday to take on South Carolina. The Wildcats are coming off a heartbreaking 22-19 road loss to Ole Miss last weekend, and will look to rebuild some momentum against the Gamecocks — both on and off the field.

The Kentucky coaching staff is expecting a massive recruiting weekend. Highly-ranked recruits from across the country have already been leaking their plans to visit Lexington for the game on Saturday. It’s going to be a star-studded lineup. Check out who intends to make the trip.

This is a running list that we will continue to update until kickoff on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. EST. All player rankings are courtesy of the On3 Consensus.

Class of 2023 visitors

Grant Godfrey (LB) 6-3, 200 | North Gwinnett (Suwanee, GA) Kentucky commit
4-star: No. 306 overall, No. 26 LB

  • Committed to Kentucky since Aug. 1, Grant Godfrey is taking an official visit to Lexington this weekend. If you were wondering just how strong his pledge to the ‘Cats is, know that this is the lone OV he’s set up so far this fall. Godfrey is the third-highest-ranked ’23 commit for UK and is considered a Top 300 prospect in the country.

Demitrius Bell (WR) 6-0, 175 | McGavock (Nashville, TN)
4-star: No. 373 overall, No. 52 WR

  • Demitrius Bell’s official visit to Kentucky this weekend is significant, considering it’s the only OV he currently has scheduled. UK wide receivers coach Scott Woodward has done a terrific job with Bell since he reopened his recruitment (Michigan State) in August. Bell’s Top 6 includes nothing but SEC schools: Kentucky, LSU, Georgia, Alabama, Ole Miss, and Tennessee. The ‘Cats appear to be in good shape heading down the stretch.
  • On3’s Chad Simmons believes Kentucky is in a good spot for Bell. “Based on my intel, the Wildcats are ‘toward the top’ of Bell’s list. This is a big visit.”

Kaden Moorman (ATH) 5-10, 205 | Franklin County (Frankfort, KY) Kentucky commit
3-star: No. 705 overall, No. 41 ATH

Khalifa Keith (RB) 6-2, 205 | Parker (Birmingham, AL) Kentucky commit
3-star: No. 1261 overall, No. 84 RB

Jakob Dixon (WR) 6-5, 200 | Pleasure Ridge Park (Louisville, KY) Kentucky commit

Class of 2024 visitors

Ryan Wingo (WR) 6-2, 200 | St. Louis University (St. Louis, MO)
4-star: No. 12 overall, No. 4 WR

  • Widely considered a Top 15 high school junior in the entire country, Ryan Wingo will be the star visitor in Lexington this weekend. The four-star wide receiver is being heavily recruited by the likes of Notre Dame and Arkansas while receiving plenty of interest from several other high-major programs. Kentucky offered Wingo back in April. Getting him on campus for a buzz-worthy game is notable.

Channing Goodwin (WR) 6-1, 160 | Providence Day School (Charlotte, NC)
3-star: No. 453 overall, No. 68 WR

  • After earning his offer from Kentucky associate head coach Vince Marrow back in early April, Channing Goodwin will make a trip to Lexington this weekend. The rising three-star pass-catcher has blown up since the beginning of the year, hauling in offers from the likes of Louisville, Virginia Tech, West Virginia, Michigan (his dad’s alma mater), Missouri, South Carolina, and plenty of other Power 5 programs. The Wolverines appear to have the inside edge right now due to Goodwin’s family connections, but Kentucky getting him on campus is a sign the staff wants to get more involved.

Danny O’Neil (QB) 6-0, 180 | Cathedral (Indianapolis, IN)
3-star: No. 485 overall, No. 38 QB

  • Arguably Kentucky’s top quarterback prospect from the ’24 class, Danny O’Neil will make a return trip to Lexington for the first time since June. Offensive coordinator Rich Scangarello has steadily built a relationship with the Indiana product as O’Neil’s recruitment continues to bloom. He’s also being recruited by the likes of Penn State, Wake Forest, Indiana, Purdue, and Louisville. The QB play of Will Levis to begin the season (plus the freaky talented wide receivers) will surely factor in the Wildcats’ pitch. O’Neil’s visit will be an unofficial.

Gavin Grover (TE) 6-6, 225 | Olentangy (Lewis Center, OH)
3-star: No. 491 overall, No. 20 TE

  • Kentucky is one of a handful of schools keeping a very close eye on Gavin Grover, who is considered a Top 20 prospect from the state of Ohio. Cincinnati and Virginia Tech are also involved and have already received visits from him this season. Ohio State has yet to offer, but Grover did visit Columbus last weekend. His visit to UK will be an unofficial.

Brian Robinson (Edge) 6-5, 230 | Fitch (Austintown, OH)
4-star: No. 129 overall, No. 12 Edge

  • One of the most talented edge rushers in America returns to Kentucky after camping with the Cats this summer. From just outside of Youngstown, Michigan’s Steve Clinkscale is creating a head-to-head matchup with Vince Marrow for Robinson. He spoke to KSR over the summer about his recruitment.

Brady Kosin (TE) 6-6, 215 | Clarkston (Davisburg, MI)

  • Associate head coach Vince Marrow offered Brody Kosin a scholarship just a few weeks ago, and now the latter is headed to Lexington this weekend. Kosin is up to two Power 5 offers now, with Pittsburgh offering in late September, but more are certainly on the way. He’s taken several trips to the likes of Ohio State and Michigan over the summer and during the season while receiving plenty of interest from West Virginia, as well.

Lakewood (OH) St. Edward trio

Class of 2025 visitors

Raphael Greene (OT) 6-6, 340 | Winton Woods (Cincinnati, OH)

  • Associate head coach Vince Marrow is dipping his toes back into the Winton Woods program, which has treated UK football quite well over the years. This time, Marrow has his eyes on Raphael Greene-Nyarko, a massive 6-foot-6, 340-pound offensive tackle who was born in London, England. Kentucky was the first school to offer him back in January, which was quickly followed up by an offer from Miami (OH). Greene-Nyarko is a bit under the radar right now — UK is trying to get in on him early.
