Vince Marrow checks in on Dane Key before decision

Dane Key is less than a week away from announcing where he will attend college. Friday night Vince Marrow reminded the talented wide receiver that the Wildcats are all in.
The Big Dog watched Frederick Douglass defeat Montgomery County 54-7. Key’s teammate, Ja’Kari Cowherd, stole the show with this acrobatic touchdown reception.
Key is a top 50 pass-catcher and the No. 290 player prospect in the class of 2022’s On300 rankings. He will announce his decision Thursday, Oct. 28. Kentucky appears to be in a great position over South Carolina, Oregon, Michigan and Mississippi State.

Key and Marrow are not strangers. The four-star wide receiver was the Wildcats’ first unofficial visitor following the COVID-19 pandemic. He officially visited over the summer and he’s attended a few games this fall at Kroger Field, rushing the field after the Cats took down Florida.
Kentucky is seeking out playmakers to continue to keep Liam Coen’s offense rolling. Mark Stoops’ coaching staff spent the bye week on the road recruiting. If all goes according to plan, the future is bright in Lexington.
