Watch KSR's live Rapid Reaction to Kentucky's loss and the change at QB

Kentucky Football opened SEC play in front of a national audience on ABC, but the result was another frustrating conference loss inside Kroger Field, the eighth in a row. The Wildcats stuck around for most of the game thanks to their defense, but couldn’t keep pace with the Rebels, and the offensive questions only grew louder as the game wore on.
As always, KSR stepped outside Kroger Field to give you a Rapid Reaction immediately after the 30-23 finish in Lexington. In this edition, Drew Franklin, Nick Roush, and Adam Luckett gather in the parking lot to pick up the pieces and provide initial takeaways from a tough day in Lexington.
The crew dives into:
- Offensive struggles under Bush Hamdan, Zach Calzada
- The late change at quarterback to Cutter Boley
- Kentucky’s defense carrying most of the load, with two early INTs
- The losing streak in Kroger Field
- What’s next for the Wildcats
Catch the full 10–15 minute Rapid Reaction below to hear how it all unfolded before Mark Stoops’ postgame press conference. Today’s episode is sponsored by Friends of Coal. Go to FriendsOfCoalKentucky.org for more info.
