About three months after the conclusion of their junior seasons, Notre Dame’s 2024 class commits received a fresh ranking status in the latest On3 update on Monday.

Three of the eight Fighting commits fell in the rankings, while the other five did not appear in the updated 300. Here’s the breakdown.

Quarterback CJ Carr

Saline (Mich.) High junior passer CJ Carr slid 62 spots in the updated rankings. On3 previously ranked the 6-foot-2.5, 195-pound Carr as No. 138 overall player. Now, he sits at No. 200. He remains the No. 12 quarterback but fell from the No. 3 to 4 player in Michigan.

Carr is coming off a junior season in which he completed 222 of 326 (68.1%) passes for 2,685 yards, 26 touchdowns and five interceptions in 11 games. He also added 221 rushing yards and seven scores on 70 carries.

Running back Aneyas Williams

The 5-10, 195-pound Aneyas Williams dropped 82 spots, from No. 185 overall to 267. He went from the No. 16 running back to the No. 18 player at his position. Williams moved down one spot from the No. 5 to the No. 6 player in Missouri.

The Hannibal (Mo.) High product rushed for 1,362 yards and 27 touchdowns last season. He also caught 33 passes for 424 yards and seven touchdowns.

Wide receiver Cam Williams

Glen Ellyn (Ill.) Glenbard South High’s Cam Williams is still in elite company despite sliding down 9 spots. Williams went from No. 20 overall to No. 29. He is also the No. 6 wide receiver instead of No. 5. He remains the No. 2 player in Illinois.

The 6-2, 180-pound Williams caught 47 passes for 1,022 yards and 13 touchdowns in 11 games last fall.
