No. 1 OU vs. No. 2 Texas A&M softball schedule change for SEC Tournament championship

OU softball and its fans might still be going nuts about the walk-off victory in the SEC Tournament semifinal.
Nobody would blame anybody, but their recovery time just got cut a bit. It will be No. 1 OU vs. No. 2 Texas A&M at noon Saturday for the championship. Originally scheduled for 4 p.m. on ESPN, it has been moved because of expected storms in the Athens, Ga., area. And it’s now on SEC Network.
The SEC could not have asked for anything more. The No. 1-ranked Sooners and second-ranked Aggies, who have not played each other this season.
Not only a battle for the conference tournament championship, but perhaps a contest for the overall No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament.
The NCAA Selection Show is set for 6 p.m. Sunday.
OU is coming off making the biggest comeback in SEC Tournament history. The Sooners trailed 6-1 in the third inning. But it ended with freshman Gabbie Garcia blasting a three-run walk-off home run for the 8-6 victory against Arkansas.
