Dade Christian School (Fla.) wide receiver William Fowles tweeted out his top-schools list on Monday.

Ole Miss made the cut.

Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Michigan State, Tennessee, Texas A&M and USF were also included in the 2023 prospect’s favorite schools list.

The 6-foot-2, 189 pound wideout is the No. 427 overall recruit in the 2023 class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally-weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He’s also ranked as the No. 63 wide receiver and No. 81 recruit in Florida.

In nine games in 2021, Fowles had 36 receptions for 807 yards and nine touchdowns for the 6-4 Dade Christian School program.

UCF currently leads his On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine (RPM) at 65.0% despite not making the cut in his top-eight. FIU is in second at 5.7%, Miami is third at 4.9% and Auburn, Tennessee, Ole Miss and Texas A&M are the notable programs tied at 4.1%.

RPM was released to the public in December 2021. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.

It factors in machine learning, expert predictions, social sentiment, visits, and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.

Fowles has an On3 NIL Valuation of $6.5k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date; it rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
