Four Down Territory Q&A: April 5 edition

Last week a new content item named Four Down Territory Q&A was introduced to the Inside Texas community. The plan is to offer up an opportunity for the IT community to fire off questions for a few hours once or twice weekly. From those questions, four will be answered and turned into a story. Here are the four we chose for this week but I'll also go in and answer questions in the original thread as well.
