How can Texas blitz in 2023?

Creating a more lethal pass-rush is one of the biggest points of emphasis for the Texas defense in 2023. The 2022 squad was agonizingly close to creating effective pressure on the quarterback. While the sack totals weren't high and the 3rd down conversion defense was poor, the team was credited with a very high number of quarterback hurries. In other words, while they were able to get pass-rushers in the quarterback's business, they could not do so in a way which actually lead to winning defense.
