Steve Sarkisian was serious about his team needing rest. Texas practiced only Wednesday and Thursday this week in spiders before giving players the weekend off. Normally, the staff doesn’t care if players go home during downtime, but this week they preferred everyone stay in Austin, stick to routines, and recover. A pretty big game awaits.
