Spending the interior defensive line surplus

One of the things I lamented with Bobby Burton on our video chat was that there was no easy way to parlay Longhorn quality on the interior DL and at RB into needed assets in other areas. We tout the portal as college free agency, but there isn't a trade mechanism to address roster imbalances... yet. Today, I'm tackling the interior DL part of the equation. How can Texas best utilize its surplus of big interior defenders?
