Transfer portal series: Projecting offseason needs (offense)

It's been written with frequency on IT that Texas should routinely become a net beneficiary of the transfer portal. That goes for players coming and going, though don't let your guard down to the reality schools will try and poach quality talent from Texas. That happened a time or two this offseason.
