What is Texas' identity after spring practices?

Spring practice is over now, we've seen most of the players on the team go to work, and we have a fair idea of what this team will be. They have some rather obvious strengths to build around, particularly with their skill players. There is an open window to win the Big 12 in 2022, arguably ahead of schedule. A healthy, Lincoln Riley-led Oklahoma team would be a major obstacle, but that team doesn't exist. Instead the Sooners are overhauling their roster, schemes on both sides of the ball, and culture for the first time since 1999. The Baylor Bears are primed to step into the vacuum, as they did in 2013, 2014, and 2021, but even if they field their strongest team yet they're not exactly a juggernaut. What sort of identity will Texas build for 2022 and can it be enough to claim an elusive Big 12 Championship?
