On3 is on-site as four-star <a href="https://www.on3.com/db/kylan-fox-147857/">Kylan Fox</a> is set to announce his commitment to the backdrop of July 4th celebration.



We will have updates throughout the evening as Fox sets the stage for his commitment. He will choose between Colorado, Georgia Tech, Florida State and UCF. <a href="https://www.on3.com/db/kylan-fox-147857/recruiting/157659/rpm/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">On3’s Recruiting Prediction Machine</a> has UCF trending going into the ceremony, with a 58% chance of landing the <a href="https://www.on3.com/db/rankings/industry-player/football/2024/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">No. 223 overall prospect in the On3 Industry Rankings</a>. He took official visits to Florida State, UCF and Georgia Tech in the month of June.

3:10 p.m. ET: Fox about to speak, decision is coming imminently. Currently being interviewed by local media about his choice to move up to play at Grayson. 



3:06 p.m. ET: “Speeches have begun. Fox’s mother spoke first. We’re hearing from his former coaches now. “We knew he’d be something when he was my height at 9-years-old.”



3:02 p.m. ET: Announcement is expected any minute now. 



2:59 p.m. ET: We’re awaiting some camera setup taking place. Fox has been joined at the table by two family members, and he’s being mic’d up. 



2:53 p.m. ET: Fox has situated himself at the table. Going live on his Instagram, and it appears a decision is imminent. 



2:49 p.m. ET: Fox has arrived wearing a blue suit.



2:47 p.m. ET: Fox is arriving soon. His mother just made an announcement to the an announcement to make noise when he arrives.



2:45 p.m. ET: Tennessee freshman linebacker Jalen Smith just walked in.



2:42 p.m. ET: New North Carolina commit Zion Ferguson is in attendance.



2:31 p.m. ET: Fox’s high school teammate <a href="https://www.on3.com/db/waltclaire-flynn-jr-120067/">Waltclaire Flynn</a> just arrived. Flynn committed to UCF last week.



2:30 p.m. ET: Atlanta (Ga.) Westlake safety <a href="https://www.on3.com/db/christian-peterson-152724/">Christian Peterson</a> just arrived. He is set make his commitment on Saturday. 



2:27 p.m. ET: Four hats sit on the table for Fox. Ole Miss, Georgia Tech, UCF and Florida State.



2:16 p.m. ET: Fox has not arrived though there are about 40 guests already in attendance.



2:16 p.m. ET: Photos of Fox in a Georgia Tech uniform, Florida State uniform and UCF uniform hang from the ceiling.
