My daughter played in the RL game and it was a blast to watch. High energy, back and forth the whole way. Super entertaining. I actually think parent training wouldn’t be the worst idea.

I’d sign up!
It was nice meeting you afterwards. Always a pleasure meeting TU board posters IRL.
BTW, I like the makeup of your daughter's team. There are some good players out there and there are some who just keep fighting (little blonde pig tailed girl that played LFB was one that stood out. When she grows a bit and isn't a foot shorter and 100lbs lighter than some of the girls she's trying to mark, she's going to cause problems going up the wing. I don't know who the primary coach is but it's clear the girls are understanding what Kas wants and this group seems better technically skilled than the NL team. They play faster and by that I mean they see the field and their openings and they do pretty well at the short, tight passing game. Right now they're physically over matched and that's going to happen with a U12 team playing up on an 11v11 field against girls who are true U13s. I understand the results aren't what parents want to see but sitting where I was sitting between games, at half, and after the game, I got to hear pretty much everything the coach told them and I can assure you he's telling them all the right things. It also seems that they might be down a couple of players due to injury?
And I really like the GK. She has good instinct for the position and understands when to come out and challenge and she's pretty aggressive about it. I was really impressed with the one where she charged hard to meet the 1v1 in the 2nd half and basically forced a terrible shot wide of goal. I don't think the attacker was ready for that and she rushed her thought process and action. IMO, she is a better GK than the girl the NL side is running out there.
