That's where it gets you when you are buying multiple tickets. Sooner or later - it's just going to be too much $$ to come to a game. I'll sit at the tailgate.

Why do we still give visitors 50 yard line seating? How about jamming them into 4 different corners to separate and isolate them.

Color me unappreciatve for my degree but can anyone justify to me why we have our staff seats getting discounted tickets for 50 yard line seats? That is a huge mistake to me. You might get more people that would choose to pay a little more for a 50 yard line seat on the east side than they would for endzone seats on the west side.

There are pricing levels for just about everyone. The Top Dog plan is only $210 per ticket with no seat donation required. For major conference college football, that's hard to beat. And I'm sure they will be selling some mini-packs for 3 games from the unsold visitors' tickets for probably about $100.

Look @ sections 02,06,20. Sitting on the goal line/endzone in 02 & 06 on West Side costs you the same as a 50yd line seat on the East side. Also why the hell would you want to sit in 305-309 West Side light purple section, so you can have Bammer and LSU fans throwing crap at you the whole game? I know those are chairbacks but you are a glutton if you sit there.

So if I'm reading this right, ticket prices are the same for the entire stadium but the licensing fees are what differentiates the price?

Exactly. Not saying that they should be getting nose bleeds or endzone... But no way they should get primo seats for a discount.

Its been that way forever... The guy sitting in the luxury box pays the same as the guy sitting in the upper east side. The only difference is what they pay to the BDC.

Thanks...shows how many times I've looked at season tickets.

What happens if you pay licensing fees for the highest grade seats but don't get them? Do they refund you cash or just give you a lower grade ticket?

Ive donated over my required amount from the get-go and just taken the best seats available. Bart Gregory (set me up with my BDC account) just told me to give what I felt comfortable giving. At the time, I could do no better than 3 seats in section 3 and 1 in section 2. I was ok paying above and beyond because I knew the points would pay off... And they will.

That's a good point. 305-309 shouldn't be visitor tickets at all. Once again, sitting visitors on the 50 is insane.

This just seems like bad pricing to me. A big increase for a schedule with less big names after a season when we were 4-6. I know we finished 7-6, but it's hard to forget feeling like season tickets were a waste of money at the old price. Sort of doubt the demand is there at these prices.

How big is the increase?

Last year, a season ticket cost $270, right? Is $40 per seat really that big of an increase?

So section 4 has a price tag of $325. Is that per seat and then the price of the ticket? So would 2 tickets cost 325+325+310+310=$1270 ?

I have sat in 307 chair backs for years and they are really great seats for watching the game. The sound system sounds normal up there and have never been harassed by visiting fans. We generally had state fans in the bleachers behind us or the cheer groups or bands that get tickets occasionally. The only drawback was the lack of elevators and the walk up the ramps, but with the addition of the new elevators we rode up all games but one this year. I did get to see 3 bears leave in handcuffs this egg bowl and that was more than I have seen in all the years we have sat there combined. The social butterfly wanted AC and heat during the game so we are now proud members of the scoreboard club. I just can't wait to find out how big my locker is and how big of a cooler will fit in it. A good beer is just better than anything you can mix with a soda!

I have no idea how big the lockers are in the Scoreboard area, but in Club Level they're about a foot wide and maybe 36 inches tall. Not huge, but big enough. Can't really fit much of a cooler in there though, and you can't stock it on game day, meaning you can't bring beer in with you to the game.
