2017 ADM Numbers for 2A Schools

I figured with all the nonsensical back and forth chest bumping, a little fun during the last week of the regular season would be nice.

Why does Reidsville care so much? They know they are small 2A. What difference does ADM numbers make to them?

But to humor you some, I really dont care because all the back and forth does not matter anymore. The chances of Reidsville and Shelby being in the same bracket and playing each other this year, or any year in the foreseeable future, is slim to none. Reidsville is stuck with a bad school board and is shrinking in enrollment. Shelby is in a growing area, and even with school board bias will continue to see enrollment rise.
But good to see you are still, and always will be, consumed with Reidsville.
That's because we are all praying that Shelby will be small 2A so your life will be miserable for a long, long time to come.

As we look at this years playoff possibilities, I was looking at last years selections and looking at last years ADMs for seedings. I have a question. RS Central and Shelby BOTH had the exact same ADM (845). However, Shelby went 2A in playoffs last year and RS bent 2AA. WHY? If both had the same ADM used for seeding, why one big and one little?
South Point and Shelby will meet twice although the loser Friday will have to get past Hibriten before they meet again if my calculations are correct.
West 2AA is loaded. Reidsville has a cakewalk all the way through. You can fit them up for rings already. Just my early synopsis.

I will be the first to say the 2aa west is a gauntlet. There will be some battles.

Big fish in a small pond has got some level of gratification. In the 2AA Reidsville is a small fish in a large pond. South Point, Shelby, Hibriten, Franklin, North Davidison and others are all small fish in a large pond.
But you do realize not a single one.....NOT ONE SINGLE TITLE....that Reidsville has EVER won was won that way.
There has always been a rival association or split division winner opposite them when they have won their titles. Take the best 32 and go didn't work out so well for you guys as you were absent from championship play during the take the best 32 and go days of the 70's, 80's and 90's.
How about you there Pot. Prior to the last 4 years, you were behind 6 titles to Reidsville. 18 to 12! You don't think Shelby has benefited from split classification. Go ahead tell me your next reason Shelby is greater than Reidsville. Justify your existence again.
Yeah, mix in all the 4A and 3A schools with the 2As and 1As in and get you a "true" state champ. It's all split divisions.
No matter how you divide it up, you win your last game, you're a state champ.
I don't have Clinton in 2A West just yet, but I do have them as the last one in the East....they could go West if the cards fall right (or wrong?) Friday night...by the way, next in line after Clinton to go West could be Warren Co. if the cards fall right for them to sneak in as one of the last wild card teams, they would go before JK or WRH...and yes if both Warren & JK don't make the playoffs and Clinton and another small 1A go West, next in line after Clinton is Wallace-Rose Hill...how about a WRH/Reidsville in 3rd Rd??
