Sorry, but don't you think the coach is the main factor? Wouldn't you care who the coach was if you were in his shoes? He may like RU, but I'm guessing he loves Coach Flood.

Coaches come and go. We want students athletes like Darius Hamilton who states "I'm a Jersey guy. I love this place. I love this university. I love my teammates. So no matter what happens, I'll be here." (Courtesy of that paper we don't talk about). Yes. It is possible for kids to want to be at Rutgers primarily for the institution and program regardless who coaches. Darius gets it and his example will attract others.
