The Lions pot the first goal here in Erie!
1-0 , 92 seconds left in first.
Period ends with Lions up 1-0.
Lions tally again, 2-0, 16 minutes left in 2nd.
Now a PP for PSU. 14:52 to go 2nd
Nothing to show for the PP. 2-0, 9:24 left 2nd.
DeNaples penalty after he was slammed into the boards and Lakers on the PP.
Lions kill the PP, period over, 2-0 Guy’s guys.
Early 3rd PP for Lakers. 17:25 to go.
And just like that, Lakers cut the lead in half.
Still 2-1, 10:30 to go.
Paquette from Sarlo on a 2on none break, 3-1 with 6 to go.
Guy calls TO with 4:21 to go up 3-1.
TO mercyhurst, 2:21 to go. Still 3-1.

You will crush them. This is their first or second year of D1 Hockey. They came up from D3. It appears that they went portal/ transfer and Juniors heavy. They might put up a fight, but I still think you cruise.
Logan Cooley is playing for the Gophers? Yes? How is he looking?
He attended Catholic Elementary School with my youngest daughter and we were highly bummed out that he did not choose to play @ PSU!
I listened to part of one game this season so far. I thought I heard that he is doing very well. Will try to pass on info as I hear it. I just know that the all hockey all the time guys I know of are very excited about him and his play.

In Game 2 versus the Tommies, PSU went up 2-0 quick but St. Thomas scored the next and sent it to OT. PSU stood tough in OT and got the W off a great save. I think that they get 55% of a win in the Pairwise (yuch) since the game went to OT. I think it was the 100th win in Pegula for the Lions.
Nice W tonight in Madison, 2-1. Souliere with 31 saves
Another nice job tonight by Souliere (32 saves) and the team, shutting out the Badgers 4-0 in Madison.
