McGowan Ventresca match with odd ending unless I missed something. Ventresca goes up 2-1 on 3rd MAM caution in tiebreaker but gets ridden out. MAM escapes in tiebreaker for one plus gets riding time point for 3-2 victory?Klinksy vs Peterson Blood ROund
Another interesting one

Hangey the head coach was an all american. They used to have that jack off Jason Nace. What's the coaching accolades for Rider? Yet again they're having a great tourney.
Someone above bashing me about coaches said Buxton is washed up. He only cornered Rivera to a Silver medal. If you have ever seen Buxton practices he will spend hours/days/weeks on every single aspect of fundamental positions. Moving a hand over an inch. Exact head tilt position. Where to apply Pressure. The guy is down lying on the mat with wrestlers studying every aspect of their technique. It’s clear that he’s had a major role in Columbia’s performance.
Buxton is certainly not washed up. He could have had a storied college coaching career, if he wasn't playing hide the pickle with the moms at blair academy.Someone above bashing me about coaches said Buxton is washed up. He only cornered Rivera to a Silver medal.
no coincidence our best years were with Pritzlaff and him.
Conway ran him off on the 1st stall call. Should've been no call or on Conway.Walsh is so frustrating sometimes, like he doesn't know the rules. Two fleeing the mat in one period.
Hes getting absolutely manhandled. This tournament has been an absolute disaster sans for 2 wins - Catka over Taylor and Cotton over ElamSCW down 0-8 midway thru 2nd
SCW is always a tough guy after he gets beaten up. Hes done this like 4x this year. Be better and accept fact you go your as* kickedSCW loses 1-12 and is eliminated. And then there were some words or something.
Yeah, this is becoming a SCW problem not others. Stop mouthing off and wrestler harder during the match jerkoff. If he was wrestling harder, he'd have no energy for this bullsh*t.SCW loses 1-12 and is eliminated. And then there were some words or something.
And so the story goes... Getting out hustled and out muscledHes getting absolutely manhandled. This tournament has been an absolute disaster sans for 2 wins - Catka over Taylor and Cotton over Elam
Agreed. What a dumb ***. If he beat your *** on the mat, what do you think he's going to do to you in a fightYeah, this is becoming a SCW problem not others. Stop mouthing off and wrestler harder during the match jerkoff.
I will say it again:With Walsh's win, pretty much unacceptable. Really somewhere around 27th tied with Rider and that bastion of wrestling George Mason.
It was like when junior nardone wrestled tj Jaworsky. Jaworsky beat the living daylights out of him and basically made him cry on the mat. Then when they go to shake hands Nardone shoves him.Yeah, this is becoming a SCW problem not others. Stop mouthing off and wrestler harder during the match jerkoff. If he was wrestling harder, he'd have no energy for this bullsh*t.

Here we go...Buxton is certainly not washed up. He could have had a storied college coaching career, if he wasn't playing hide the pickle with the moms at blair academy.
Did not expect this kind of season from Pinto with him being reunited w Labriola and all… really thought that woulda taken him to next lvl.. or same lvl at least.waste of valuable resources
UNless you are RIchie LewisAgreed. What a dumb ***. If he beat your *** on the mat, what do you think he's going to do to you in a fight
Sorry but only 7 points and tied with George Mason is very humiliating for a Big Ten Team that tied for 3rd in the conference. Nothing anyone can say about this season being a success. Beat Minnesota which was great but how they are ranked #11 is a joke. Unfortunately with that ranking don't see replacing the coach, especially with the class coming in next year.Scores heading into blood round

If you haven't already you should listen to Zinn's interview on the Rutgers Rant podcast. She is asked the question about her approach to assembling a coaching staff with the head coach directly.Seeing what Zinn was able to finance for the football coaching staff. My hopes are high that she sees what can be achieved with upgrading the staff in wrestling. Need a revamped staff.
Yea listened. And that’s what’s exciting. Have never had an AD that understood how to add value and insight to assembling a staff. If you haven't already you should listen to Zinn's interview on the Rutgers Rant podcast.
