My personal top 10 with limited research:

1. Salisbury
2. Monroe
3. Reidsville
4.Shelby
5. Burns
6. Hendersonville
7. Wrh
8. Clinton
9. Northeastern
10. East surry
You have the Rams rated way too high. The current Freshman class is talented but not as deep as the Senior class this year. And next years Junior and Senior classes will not be as deep, particularly with rising Jr. Tamir Johnson unable to play due to the ACL injury suffered this year.

Still Reidsville will be very good. Early games with W. Alamance and E. Alamance will tell a lot.

maybe, but I still think reidsville is a top 5 team. Remember we said the same thing about the 2018 team.

No. I did not underrate the 2018 team. The 2018 sophomores (Seniors this year) had both talent and depth.
Biggest hole will be running game and oline. The loss of tamir Johnson is huge though. The outlook would be much better with him

Burns and Salisbury both have my attention

Salisbury with defense alone with what they have coming back but they will have to replace Honeycutt at QB

Burns will have to replace Camron at QB but they have some great skill players returning and should be a hard team to deal with offensively for sure

The usual suspects will be around as well as someone said above.... and like our Shelby fan/ brethren chopper mentioned watch out for Monroe... (Counting the seconds until Chopper responds to my comment up there ha ha ha)

The match ups should be interesting. I would have loved to see Reidsville in a western bracket having to go through a Hibriten(well they're gone but it would have been interesting), Monroe, Burns, South Point(they're gone too I know), Salisbury, and/or Shelby. Even with just Monroe, Burns, Shelby, Salisbury and a Lincoln County up and comer it's a guantlet

Hunter Huss is playing up, but imagine this bracket from hell. You're not making it to the 4th round healthy. No cake walks like in the east.

These unified divisions will be alot of fun to watch. No more 4 and 5 year dynasties unless they split again.

How the Rams do will depend on how their Qb develop Between now and next season. Although not as deep overall, they have the skill player and just enough overall to sneak back into the State Championship. Just like these seniors did when they were sophomores, no one saw that coming.

The Rams biggest question is on the lines, both sides, and the depth of those lines. Gonna be interesting.

We are at least good at the defensive end position. But the offensive line concerns me the most, losing 4 starters and back ups. The running game will be interesting. Wider man is definitely the guy for the future, but I wonder if he will be ready to take the reins as a sophomore. He’s already a good defensive player

I dont count those stand up guys as lineman. Plus one of them is gonna be the QB so his defensive days are likely over.

Based on rosters, there are 3 rising seniors , 4 rising juniors (1 being the only returning starter), and 3 rising sophomore lineman... In the whole program. Depending on the volume of rising 9th graders, things could get interesting.

I didn’t count the qb. I counted 18 and 12 though

I would love to see the west/east done away with and a ranking from 1-64 (or whatever the playoff number is currently). and have the tourney NCAA style. In HS travel would prevent this but it would be fun for sure.

Not having middle school football in 20-21 leaves a lot more questions about the upcoming freshman class than usual. Sounds like the Rams will need some contributions from the unknown elements.

Clinton loses its best WR, RB, LB and a few OLinemen. With that being said, Coach Johnson will just find a way to plug in guys to make Clinton a tough out. We do return our QB and our next top WR. Time will tell but the horses should be a tough team.

Defense takes a big hit to graduation. #5,#11,#24(if healthy), #9,#55(if healthy) are your main guys returning on that side of the ball. #62 and #77 cann play on the dline but those are your best 2 offensive linemen. I can see alot of sophomores and perhaps some first time varsity juniors having to step up to fill the voids. I feel more comfortable with the offense like you said the QB and best athlete is back his 3rd year in the system majority of the oline. Skilled positions will be led by #5,#24,#9 and maybe #11 will be featured more young man is going to be a stud showed that earning PT as a freshman also we have some promising young athletes coming up from JV definitely have speed just have to get stronger which they will. Hopefully we get a couple guys back who couldnt play this spring that would help also. Optimistic bout our chances this fall like you said we should field a solid blue collar team thats been Johnson's style. New conference should be fun

If the Horses get in the playoffs (and they will) I hope their opening round opponent is someone from the ECC. The ECC didn’t want the Horses in the conference (we know how the vote went) so after winning the ECC 3 years in a row, the DarkHorses (after challenges) get sent to the
3 Rivers Conference..The DarkHorses were in that conference during a realignment period 2000-2004 and totally dominated the conference. The ECC has been a competitive conference that made everyone good by playoff time With SWO coming back in it could again been one hell of a conference. With it as it’s going to be I hope the Horses pick up some really good non.conference games.

Horses play the bulldogs early in non-conference play. That game could be a foreshadowing of things to come later in the season. Time will tell.

Brevard should have a pretty good team this year..Don't think they lost many and the J.V team only lost one game.
