I love EDs chances. Only one defense had their butts physically kicked and it wasn’t EDs. Now it is tied but nothing indicates that East can’t make stops. They dominated this first half. Yeah it’s 7-7 and could go either way but the better team so far is East. All they have to do is hold onto the ball and eliminate self imposed penalties. If that happens it’s ball game.

Reidsville made some offensive adjustments on that last drive and got some recievers free on drag routes. It'll be interesting to see if they continue to go back to it and if ED can adjust.

The opening drive of the second half will be huge.

Agree. Those drag routes and screens have been their bread and butter so far. Panther DBs have done a good job with open field tackles and rallying to the ball.

Dude stop. Clear fumble. And he was still going forward. Wasn’t even close call at all.
Must of been watching your kids or full of it….or both. Even some unbiased posters on here say we were screwed over. You’d feel the same way if it was against you. But it’s “all good” because it worked in your favor.

Can't believe it's tied up. ED completely controlled that first half. Reidsville could not stop them. Great game though. Gotta take care of the ball.

Watched the reply it was a fumble. Reidsville is in our conference and should be really good in basketball with Neal and Hairston both freshman. Both played for CP3.

I would need to see the replay again to see if it was a fumble or not, but from what we saw in real time, it seemed like as he was still moving forward from the offensive lineman pushing from behind. It wasn't blatantly obvious that he was down, it seemed like he was starting to fall forward while the ball was stripped, but not sure where his knee was, it was probably close maybe a foot or half a foot off the ground.

Yea ok. Saw replay 3 times and was obvious all 3. Keep dreaming. Don’t let go of ball and won’t have to worry about it

Fumble? No Fumble? Forward progress? Forward progress stopped? Here’s and idea, keep possession of the ball and don’t let it touch the ground or be taken away period. Who’s going to call fumble if the runner stands up with the ball in his hands?
Exactly. ED had 4 fumbles in first half. Only lost 1

It was a fumble. He wasn't quite down yet and looked to be still moving forward. Tough play that changed the first half. But ED is ok. They have controlled the LOS and if they stay away from penalties, they have a good shot.
