Not bashing the calls or the RB's but if we are down on the 4 yd line with 3 downs to punch it in and you have a BULL in PJ who does not go down on a first hit why don't you use him in that scenario. Just curious not looking to stir the pot. Seems to me that is his spot to be there

Coach Wilson said it was due to the "rotation." I say screw the rotation and go with the hot hand or the appropriate back for the job. Last night, James should have got more reps. Hopefully, he is back pre-injury form.

I don't remember seeing PJ in after his 75-yard run, and I hope he didn't hurt his knee when he was tackled on that run. I commented to my buddy that it was an awkward way in which he went down and seemed to land on both knees, and I don't recall seeing him after that. I don't think it was our best playcalling in that goal-line situation, though. Not horrible, just didn't seem to play to our strengths.

Was thinking the same thing while sitting in section 124.
However the post game comments by our acting head coach cleared it up. He said James already had his share of his allocated carries and it was not his turn to get back into the game. You can't make this stuff up. Unreal. At least this is the last decision he will make.

I had no problem with the calls at 4yd line. Heck, I was just happy we got 3pts after we went for it on 4th and 6 from 42yd line with about 5mins left on the game. I would definately have punted on that situation, therefore, in no position to question the calls on the 4yd line.

Having said that we should have punted and the results might be different, who knows. So frustrating, the officiating, the field goal that goes in after hitting the post, etc. Kudos to players and coaches for playing their best game of the year. Just wish we were rewarded differently.

PJ was in immediate after breaking his big run. I commented that he should be out cause he was gassed.

Two years ago, PJ would not have been caught on that run. He has lost a step. But, should have still played more than he did.

I was fine with the back shoulder throw to Caroo in the corner but the throw was floated and not gunned in. If that throw is thrown like a dart Caroo catches for a td. Aaaaah, the What ifs.
