I can’t imagine the effort required to pull this list together but they missed Thomas Jefferson’s Jerry Cash. Coach Cash should be 41st on the active win list with 349 total wins through the end of last season. Over the course of 44 seasons, he has built an impressive track record of winning in both South Carolina and North Carolina while heading up several leading programs including Jonesville, Riverside, Chesnee and East Rutherford. He turned around a struggling TJ program that had gone 1-34 since they started the varsity football program. At TJ, he has never had a losing season with an overall 79-25 record over eight seasons. His coaching resume includes a number of impressive accomplishments including 11 times Conference Coach of the Year, 3 times Union County Coach of the Year, 5 times Spartanburg Herald Coach of the Year, Greenville County Coach of the Year, Assistant Coach for North-South All-Star Game, Assistant Coach South Carolina Shrine Bowl Team, 15 Conference Championships, 33 State Playoff Appearances and NC State Coach of the Year. In fact, Coach Cash has won a conference championship at every school he has coached.

It would be a nice story to see two head coaches (Gentry and Cash) face off with over 750 wins combined together. At this point, just hoping there is some sort of season in the fall.
