Ok lrts get it started. ..Im going hate not being there,ill be watching Panthers vs Patroits...hate i bought those tickets...
Anyway...Ac Qb and back scare me..Qb (Rico) very fast as nd reads feild great...
Shelbys offense was firing on all cyclinders
Fri. At Freedom....I dont think AC dbs will be able to hang...Hope Shelbys d will adjust ,we were in bend dont break mode,but gave up 2 big 3rd downs and way to much yrds rushing...coaching staff will work it out.....im going call game Shelby 38-24

I'd pay money to watch this one & I'm a Franklin fan! Should be a dandy with great athletes all over the field.

Ughh......a pre-season NFL game....save the money you spent on those tickets and see a better game....... much, much cheaper...............tough game for both teams................

May be Shelby's toughest game of the year.I truly believe AC's offense will be very tough for the Lion's defense to stop.

Agreed, SHS, and Rico Dowdle concerns me more so than BJ Emmons. He's a freakish athlete, a flat out burner, and now that he's been moved to quarterback, he obviously has the ball in his hands every play now. I hate that I'm going to miss this game due to working. I see this game being a shootout. There will be athletes and speed to burn on both sides, an exciting game to watch.

I'm excited for this one. Shelby scares me because you can't bracket one receiver. Lee does a great job throwing the ball all over the field to 4 guys who look like they run 4.3's lol. Curious to see what Shelby does to limit Rico. He accounted for close to 400 yards of total offense against West Forsyth and was 10-12 passing with a TD. This has the makings for a shootout like the game down there in 2013.

Freedom, AC, South Point. All great programs. Shelby isn't afraid to schedule the big boys.

While I disagree with the first part, I do agree this should be a much tougher game for the lions than Freedom. Best of Luck. If I wasn't going to Ashbrook, I'd be at this one.

Crest91 - you just can't let Freedom go, can you. Only someone who was beat
down personally by a team could be this bitter. Which year(s) was it?

Crest 91, I think he said that because AC beat Crest, despite Crest's second team players having college offers like I have been told.

This is the game of the week for me. Can't wait to get a good look at what these teams truly have offer. ACR has a big line, a superb athlete for a QB and good speed all over the field. They should match up well against Shelby in several areas, but I fear that the Lions new passing attack may be too much for them to handle. the 2013 match up was great and I can't wait to see how this one turns out. Good luck to both teams.

Monster game. AC Reynolds has a respected coach in Laws and athletes that can get it done. Last week win over West Forsyth is a high quality win. This may be my pick for attending a game this week instead of SP vs Shelby.

If I could pick a game to be at Friday night it would be this one. I don't know if I'm allowed to say this or not, but good luck to ACR. Hopefully ya'll will come out of this one healthy so we can meet a few weeks from now with both teams being at full strength.

I think they do Hitman. I just think that they put it on YouTube. I watched the Reynolds Crest scrimmage on there after it was over.

Hitman - We record each game as we broadcast and then the station puts together highlights or offers you the chance to watch on replay.

game of the week...... I just don't see reynolds winning this one... very high scoring or a shelby blowout if reynolds cant score. 34-28

There will be a lot of talent on the field tonight...#4, #5, #11 for ACR are tremendous talents, from what I've seen and heard. Another big test for Shelby D. Shelby is also a dangerous team offensively. Could be another high-scoring game.

Shelby's Brooks for a short TD. Shelby 42-24 at 8:32 in fourh. Shelby speed is way too much for AC Reynolds.

Rico takes over himself. Scores TD from 20 after fqcemask penalty. Shelby 49-39. Onside kick recovered by Shelby at 4;11 in fourth.

No answer for the receivers for Shelby. Short, slant, long- doesn't matter. Still 49-39 at 3:00 mark in game. Oops forget that Camp runs for a td. Shelby 56-39 with 2:30 left.
